Personal Running Coaching
Kiwi Flyers is a run coaching service founded and run by former World Class Athlete Michael Aish.
It is designed for people looking to improve their fitness while becoming stronger and faster runners. From the beginner runner to the seasoned elite, our coaching plans are individualized and designed to take into account all of the factors that each person brings with them to their running life. No two training plans are the same as we are aware that everyone’s lifestyle, goals, and unique circumstances are different.
Our goal is to give each person the tools needed to reach his/her specific running goals. All that we ask is that you commit to bringing your best effort and as much enthusiasm as you can stuff in to two shoes.
